Mother, Wife, Holistic Health Practitioner/Entrepreneur, lover of nature, all things outdoors, sunshine seeker, moon bather, lake time lover + forever learner. I need daily alone time to recoup my energy (Emotional Projector - Human Design) , I love all things yoga, and stretchy movement, strength training is my current jam, canning is a new found love, baking is a comfort, and I love to create my own soup recipes (of which I can rarely duplicate or share the recipe of), thrift shopper extraordinaire, homeopathic healing remedies + all the supplements are my medicine cabinet+ go too, and I am a master of organised chaos.

My journey with holistic healing started with my own personal battles + have brought me to where I am today.

I have lived the past 20 years learning, practising + embodying the therapies that supported me during turbulent + challenging times, of which are now a part of my every day life.

This ripples into my calling to share my passion for holistic healing with others on their health + wellness journeys. Blending mind, body + soul I am drawn to empowering others, guiding them back to themselves, supporting them in turning their pain into power + bringing in the awareness that YOU are your own best medicine.

My lived life experiences through my own battles with depression, anxiety, infertility + most recently the navigation of my husband's heart failure journey with our 3 children has gifted me the growth, strength + softness to meet myself, my family + my clients where they are at.

I am here to guide, support, empower + be of service to others in a safe, compassionate + understanding way.
