Daily alone time is a must to recoup my energy. Walking, yoga, pilates, strength training + stretchy + somatic movements are what my body craves. Laughter is medicine, connecting with the ones I love + providing a safe place for people to open up is what feeds my soul.

My journey with holistic healing started with my own personal battles + have brought me to where I am today.

I have lived the past 20 years learning, practising + embodying the therapies that I now offer. They have supported me through my most challenging times + I am here to share them with you on your health + wellness journey.

My lived life experiences through my own battles with depression, anxiety, infertility + most recently the navigation of my husband's heart failure journey with our 3 children has gifted me the growth, strength + softness to meet myself, my family + my clients where they are at.
